We're seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor. In this role, you'll drive membership sales, promote our fitness programs and services, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members. If you're passionate about fitness, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Membership Sales:

· Reach out to leads and prospects through various channels.

· Conduct facility tours and consultations.

· Present membership packages and promotions persuasively.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with members.

· Follow up with leads to encourage enrollment.

· Provide personalized recommendations and support.

· Anticipate member needs for retention.

3. Sales Strategies and Promotions:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.

· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

· Collaborate with marketing for promotional initiatives.

· Participate in community events for lead generation.

4. Administrative Tasks:

· Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

· Prepare membership agreements and paperwork.

· Assist with membership inquiries and cancellations.

· Ensure a seamless experience for members.

Requirements

· Previous sales experience preferred.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

· Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
