WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Recruit, hire, and train quality Promotional Specialists who are knowledgeable about the client’s products, promotions, and industry specifics.
  • Conduct regular training of Promotional Specialists to ensure their knowledge on brand standards and execution guidelines.
  • Provide Promotional Specialists with clear direction, expectations, and constructive feedback to improve execution standards and results on all promotions.
  • Communicate all event standards to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage and monitor Promotional Specialists’ budget spends daily.
  • Closely monitor and track all promotions.
  • Motivate Promotional Specialists to display great attitudes and leave a positive brand impression on the consumer.
  • Provide strong leadership skills to develop personnel.

Client Relationship Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that TEAM Enterprises’ objectives clearly align with Client’s objectives.
  • Maintain regular contact and communication between Client personnel and TEAM Enterprises
  • Always sell TEAM’s value to the client and uncover additional opportunities for TEAM to serve the client.
  • Ensure clear and open lines of communication.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with key TEAM, Client, and Distributor personnel.


Field Execution Responsibilities:

  • Staff all promotions within assigned geographic area of responsibility.
  • Spot checks to ensure TEAM quality standards are in line with Client’s expectations.
  • Recruit prospective Promotional Specialists at all attended promotions.
  • Ensure that Promotional Specialists have the necessary training and materials prior to promotions.
  • Manage promotional material inventories and ensure permanent materials are returned to storage locations following each promotion.
  • Staff and assist any brand, trade, or special events in market.
  • Conduct regular debriefing sessions with Promotional Specialists to evaluate the effectiveness of current programs.
  • Share insights, feedback, and key learnings with RPA and Director on a weekly/monthly basis.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled events.
  • Track event execution as a percentage of target/goal
  • Responsibly manage and communicate to TEAM all assigned company and client equipment and assets.
  • If applicable: Responsible for approving all area lead timecards.
  • Complete all paperwork and meet administrative deadlines.
  • Manage all informational requests of field personnel, and recap key takeaways for TEAM management.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of client assets including point of sale and uniforms.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all state rules and regulations.

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

  • 1-3 years beverage experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Candidates must be familiar with on/off premise marketing initiatives.
  • Prior promotion agency experience preferred.
  • Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Skilled at multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
