Maintenance Technician

We're growing our team Omni Technologies is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Team.  The Schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There is potential for overtime.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Ability to complete Maintenance Technician work as assigned.
  • Some experience troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.
  • Ability to diagnose and put in place measures to fix the root cause of down time.
  • Ability to work through corrective and preventive actions to permanently solve problems.
  • Ability to solve problems, make good decisions, and manage conflict within the team.
  • Working knowledge of industrial electronics (relay logic, controls, sensors, timers, etc.).
  • Basic manufacturing environment skills and some experience in lean manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Industrial Technology and Maintenance Certification or Equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
  • Strong Electrical and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.


Preferred Skills: AC/DC electric, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, machining, and fabrication.
