Outside Hardscape Sales Representative

Purpose / General Description:
This position is responsible for growing and expanding Fay Block materials and Concrete Service Hardscaping Sales. The Outside Hardscape Sales Representative fosters relationships, works through customer business challenges, and provide education and updates on Hardscape information to consumers. This position is responsible to know the territory, its opportunities, competition, and must be willing to travel within 150 miles of the Fayetteville, NC territory.
Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other sales tactics.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
•Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service employees and dispatch/fleet and operation employees to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
•Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
•3-5 years Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the hardscape industry or related field.
•Knowledge of hardscape products, materials, and applications.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
•Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites and sales meetings.
