About the Role:
Are you ready to take a seat in the cockpit, driving revenue and enhancing the guest experience at Raleigh-Durham International Airport? We're searching for a visionary team member to navigate our Commercial Management Division (CMD) alongside our SVP & Chief Revenue Officer. Your mission: chart the course for both short and long-term strategies that will elevate our airport to new heights. As the Senior Director of Commercial Management, you will, pilot our revenue growth, develop and implement strategies that ensure we soar past our financial targets. Compensation:
- Maximum – Based on experience
- Minimum - $125,700.85
What You’ll Do:
Lead or participate in strategic and business initiatives related to commercial analysis, and parking as well as function in a supportive role with respect to, properties, and concessions, as well as other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Play a critical team role in defining and implementing initiatives for profitable and sustainable business performance and revenue growth.
Identify and develop new revenue streams and opportunities within the airport's commercial management division as well as explore opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
What You Need:

Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, aviation management or related field OR equivalent related work experience.
Experience:
Required:
- 5 or more years of experience in commercial management/revenue development at an airport.
Licenses or Certifications:
Required:
- Valid NC Driver’s License
Preferred:
- Certified Member of AAAE or AAE
Typical Work Hours:
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday with occasional afterhours or weekend work.
