Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque, un Product Owner avec minimum 5 ans d'expérience.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES: 

  • Le Product Owner représente plus particulièrement les commanditaires (clients comme utilisateurs finaux) auprès de l'équipe projet. 
  • Il exprime et priorise le besoin et rédige la liste des exigences initiales en termes de fonctionnalités du produit (Product Backlog) dont il a la responsabilité. 
  •  Il s'assure de la bonne compréhension et du suivi du Product Backlog par les équipes de développement.

ACTIVITÉS PROFESSIONNELLES DÉTAILLEES:

Phase de conception et méthodologie projet  

  • Il construit la « big picture » envisagée du produit et sa roadmap au démarrage puis transmet aux développeurs ses grandes lignes directrices
  • Il clarifie le besoin et les fonctionnalités tout en sélectionnant celles qui apporteront le plus de valeur aux utilisateurs
  • Il est responsable du plan d'itération et des priorités et définit le contenu des mises en production
  • Il met en place le Backlog et assure son maintien 

Suivi du projet et accompagnement  

  • Il arbitre les priorités, garantit la cohérence et la qualité des livrables comme les résultats
  • Il participe aux différents meetings (Retrospective, demo, ateliers de test, ...)
  • Il est décideur sur les développements produits par l'équipe de développeurs ou au moins doit avoir le niveau de délégation nécessaire pour pouvoir décider

CONNAISSANCES PROFESSIONNELLES:

  • Maîtrise et autonomie sur le domaine fonctionnel
  • Connaissance des normes, méthodes et des outils d'analyse et/ou de conception
  • Maîtrise des fondamentaux SI
  • Connaissance des solutions applicatives
  • Connaissance de l'organisation/structure de son périmètre
  • Connaissance des normes de Qualité Produit / Processus et de sécurité
  • Connaissance des pratiques méthodologiques de Développement et Maintenance d'Applications
  • Maitrise des principaux enjeux relatifs à la Data et à sa gestion 

CRITÈRES DE PERFORMANCE: 

  • Livraison des travaux conformément aux plannings des projets auxquels il est associé avec le niveau de qualité attendu par le responsable du projet
  • Production/mise à jour de la documentation relative aux demandes traitées,
  • Saisie de son activité au fil de l’eau
  • Respect des procédures, des normes et méthodes de l’entreprise
