Job Summary
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will have the unique opportunity to build an IT organization from the ground up, as TFS has become a standalone company. This position will oversee all functional areas of information and systems, providing visionary leadership in the development, planning, and execution of an information technology (IT) strategy, which aligns with the Company's business objectives, while ensuring the security of company and customer data. The CIO plays a critical role in creating a culture of being a student of the game and challenging the status quo by identifying emerging technologies to enhance business performance, drive efficiency, and create competitive advantage. This position is a member of the executive leadership team and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT department’s operational and strategic planning, which includes the build out of the organization, fostering innovations, project management, and prioritizing initiatives.
- Participate in defining and implementing the Company’s strategic plan as a member of the executive leadership team; present to the Board regarding the status of IT projects and strategy.
- Identify, evaluate and select new and emerging technologies that can be assimilated within the Company to significantly improve competitive positioning, provide deeper analytics, and foster innovation.
- Ensure the security and protection of the Company’s information systems and equipment, align IT risk management initiatives, and lead all disaster recovery plans.
- Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources; monitor IT expenditures and optimize spending.
- Develop and implement processes that enhance the user experience and satisfaction with IT services.

Requirements:Job Requirements:
- Ability to lead an organization through change and transformation; lead people and foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust throughout the organization.
- 10+ years of experience managing multiple aspects of technology, including ERP systems, customer-facing solutions, and infrastructure. Leading innovation and delivery in a complex environment.
- 10+ years of experience?working in senior IT leadership, at Director level or above.
- Experience in developing a strategic technology plan and budget for the Company, with documented success prioritizing and executing these plans. Specifically operating in a growth-oriented and nimble business.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration is preferred.
