Communications Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and website.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, identifying opportunities for brand promotion and reputation management.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage social media platforms, engaging with followers and monitoring performance metrics.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing communications support and materials as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in communications, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and insights to inform communication strategies.
- Creativity and innovation in developing engaging content and communication campaigns.
