Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support corporate initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital budgeting, and other strategic projects.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Perform industry research and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, financial performance, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, legal, and operations to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel; knowledge of financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
