As a Functional Systems Administrator (FSA) and Client Support Administrator (CSA) at Cadence Coalition, you will play a pivotal role in managing network (NIPRNET) systems and providing top-notch customer support in the realm of COMPUSEC. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems, addressing any technical issues promptly, and delivering exceptional support to our clients. By taking on this multifaceted position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills, technical know-how, and dedication to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leverage vulnerability scans of desktop computers to mitigate and report incidents as required. Ensure virus protection and security patches are properly installed.
  • Ensure Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO) are implemented and comply with vulnerability and incident reporting procedures.
  • Function as the assessor for the COMPUSEC program in the MICT per Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI) 90-302, The Inspection System of the Department of the Air Force.

Required Qualifications:

  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Additional IAT Level II certification from the list below:
    • CCNA-Security
    • CySA+
    • GICSP
    • GSEC
    • CND
    • SSCP
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or related field to establish proficiency
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Enterprise) and Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Strong communication skills are vital for explaining system capabilities to users, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring the seamless operation of network systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associates degree of Computer Science is preferred
  • Knowledge of United States Air Force (USAF) computer programs and policies is highly desired
