Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data to help drive our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Marketing Campaigns:

    • Assist in the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, print, digital).
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

  2. Market Research:

    • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Compile and analyze data to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  3. Event Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and organizing events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
    • Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and handle event-related communications.

  4. Administrative Support:

    • Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices.

  5. Social Media Management:

    • Monitor and manage company social media accounts.
    • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
