An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the White Salmon, WA area for an individual with 3+ years of experience as a Machinist with a background in CNC milling machines on multiple axis. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:
Knowledge of CNC Milling Machines, lathes, grinding equipment and water jet equipment is REQUIRED
Understanding of safety hazards and precautions specific to the machinist trade is REQUIRED
Capability to interpret technical data, blueprints and engineering sketches is REQUIRED
Skilled in performing gas and electric welding is REQUIRED
Familiarity with quality systems, quality control methods and LEAN manufacturing principles is PREFERRED
Previous experience using HAAS & OKK machines is PREFERRED
Experience with setting up CNC mills is PREFERRED
