Jackie's Place in San Jose, CA is looking for one BBQ Pit Master (cook) to join our to work towards accomplishing our goals and objectives to achieve desired results ,focusing on food quality,For this position, you must have excellent time management, cleanliness and organizational skills to ensure all food items meet our standards.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with coworkers to keep line stocked and for special needs.
- Smoke all meats properly and consistently.
- Make sure all cooked and uncooked products are rotated correctly.
- Receive all incoming merchandise, check quality and quantity and store in its proper place.
- Present a professional appearance and proper language when addressing others.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is a must.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Knife skills
- Able to work in with heated equipment Be able to work in a standing and moving position for long periods of time
- must be able to lift 75Lb

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $24.00/hour.
