We are currently seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor for our newly renovated property


Scheduled hours will vary weekly between Monday-Sunday. Evening shift, weekends, and holidays are required.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise and train kitchen employees on job duties and daily tasks.

· Create and implement the daily specials.

· Maintain health and sanitation standards.

· Open kitchen and Close kitchen in absence of Executive Sous Chef.

· Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items.

· Understand how to prepare all dishes for breakfast and dinner menus.

· Help set-up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.

· Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.

· Perform the duties of the Prep List schedule.

· Assist with banquet preparation, including but not limited to food prep, sauce prep and dessert.


Requirements:

  • Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Understands the overall functions and machinery in a Kitchen.
  • Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel.
