We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in marketing. As a Marketing Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, market research, and more.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.

  • Market Research: Conduct research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to help inform marketing decisions.

  • Social Media Management: Help manage the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking engagement metrics.

  • Event Support: Assist in planning and organising marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with an aptitude for crafting compelling messages and engaging content.

  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques; familiarity with Google Analytics or social media analytics is an advantage.

  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, and willingness to learn from others.
