Our client is looking for a Functional BA- Guidewire with a Long-Term Contract project in Allover USA below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Functional BA- Guidewire

Location: All over USA

Duration: Full-Time

Job Description:

  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent, with 10 Years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Architect in the insurance or financial services industry, with expertise in broking placement processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to broking and claims processes.

Responsibilities

1. Business Process Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing global broking placement processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains to support the overall transformation goals.

2. Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the transformation program.
  • Ensure alignment of requirements with the broader goals of the organization.

3.Transformation Planning:

  • Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop project plans for the implementation of broking placement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a roadmap for the transformation program.

4.Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to broking placement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain reports that provide key performance indicators for the transformation program.

5.Technology Integration:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes.

6.Change Management:

  • Support change management initiatives related to the transformation program.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
