Guidewire Test Lead role at Dallas, TX or CA

- Lead the end-to-end (E2E) testing efforts for Guidewire applications, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Drive the conversations with architect, technical and product teams and help define Non-Functional Requirements for Guidewire applications and legacy systems
- Be able to work with GW product teams and provide recommendation of baseline product SLA's
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Develop and maintain testing scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.
- Defect management, test execution and reporting
- Proven experience in Guidewire QA with a focus on end-to-end testing.
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand end-to-end (E2E) functional flows across Guidewire Center (Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center).
- Hands on test experience of Guidewire platform using LoadRunner, JMeter, Ready API, Dynatrace, Splunk & Data Dog
- Hands-on Experience in Agile Testing methodologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in Guidewire testing methodologies.
- Preferred: domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance.
