About the Internship 

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing teams. Proscia is growing rapidly and we are looking for an energetic and intelligent individual to support a range of sales and marketing activities to help drive  and sustain our growth in a rapidly moving market. This will include, but not be limited to the following:

 

  • Learn & understand Proscia value propositions, products, market segments and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Perform account and audience research to support account-based marketing and sales (ABX) activities such as mapping ideal accounts, uncovering buying groups, identifying key players, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Help to identify and sort prospects with buying intent, and identify new account opportunities.
  • Support marketing operations with database management (Salesforce and Pardot) and lead funnel data coordination to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide marketing campaign and GTM activities support including proofreading of content, brand and trademark reviews, website updates in WordPress CMS, digital advertising data reviews, and more. 
  • Support field marketing activities such as event materials coordination, and supporting the analysis of leads generated at events.
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team with ongoing and emerging projects to source opportunities and grow Proscia’s enterprise accounts.

 

To be successful in this internship, you shall have:

 

  • Relevant coursework in sales, marketing, Management.
  • Passion about sales and marketing in software and/or healthcare.
  • The ideal candidate should be strategy-driven with a research-based approach.
  • Strong willingness to both learn and contribute materially to the growth of the company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic attitude. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work on site at headquarters in Center City Philadelphia.
  • Time management skills and reliability by dedicating 10-20 hours of work per week.


Nice to have:


Experience working in LinkedIn and LI sales navigator, Salesforce, and other CRM tools. WordPress or other comparable CMS platforms. Sales Intelligence platforms (like Zoominfo). Corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
