PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPENING

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM LEAD - RECREATION DEPARTMENT


The Town of Seabrook is accepting applications for a part-time Afterschool Program Lead for the Recreation Department.  The position works under the direct supervision of the Director of Recreation  


REQUIRED EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:


  • Eighteen years of age or older.
  • Desire high school diploma or GED
  • Hold (or be willing to acquire) CPR, AED and First Aid Certification
  • Experience in leading recreation and group activities
  • Experience working with youth Pre-k - Middle School
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle check, physical examination with town physician and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work with computers, copiers, printers, sports/recreation equipment and craft supplies
  • Must be able to communicate with both children and adults efficiently


HOURS: 15-25 hours per week (varies seasonally - weekdays, weekends, afterschool hours, day and evening shifts as needed.  Additional hours may become available.)


SALARY:  $15.84 per hour
