About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Learning & Development Specialist to join our Scribe team. The successful candidate will be crucial in creating and delivering training content for our customers, helping them learn and effectively use our AI Scribe software 


This full-time position requires working 3 days a week in our (Mountain View, CA, Lehi, UT) office.

What You'll Do

  • Develop engaging training content tailored to various customer needs, including tutorials, guides, and webinars.

  • Conduct training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in using our scribe software.

  • Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to stay updated on software features and enhancements.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.

  • Maintain a comprehensive library of training resources for easy customer access.

  • Track and report on training program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

What You Have

  • Proven experience in customer enablement or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of software training and development of instructional content.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand materials.

  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and video editing software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Background in customer success or customer support.

  • Experience with scribe or similar software is a HUGE +.
