Your day to day as a Case ManagerAs a new Case Manager at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you can expect to work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide referrals to necessary services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting client assessments, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and documenting all interactions accurately. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm to ensure you can meet the needs of our clients effectively. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to participate in regular team meetings and trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
