Are you passionate about renewable energy and motivated to make a difference in the world? US Power Solar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Salesperson to join our team. As a Solar Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales to help them transition to clean, sustainable power solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of customers' energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, including potential savings on utility bills and available incentives.
- Prepare and present proposals outlining the costs, savings, and return on investment of solar energy systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and informed guidance to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, including equipment, installation processes, and financing options.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- MUST have prior solar sales experience to apply.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

- Los Angeles, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
