Job Title: Senior Product Manager / Product Manager


Job Overview:

The Senior Product Manager/ Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, conduct market research, and develop and launch innovative products that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, a proven track record of success in product management in the Life Sciences or Healthcare space, and a passion for delivering value to customers.

  • Craft and execute product strategies that resonate with company goals and address market demands.
  • Navigate the product lifecycle with precision, from inception through to sunset.
  • Champion innovative solutions, guiding Germfree’s equipment to market leadership through development, launch, and commercialization.
  • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint customer needs, emerging trends, and the competitive terrain, shaping product development and strategic positioning.
  • Foster synergy across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to secure product triumph.
  • Draft product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and pen product specifications and technical documents for crystal-clear feature and benefit communication.
  • Orchestrate product launch endeavors, aligning stakeholders for a triumphant market entry.
  • Monitor product performance, distilling insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Amplify Germfree’s presence at industry events, engaging with customers and spotlighting our innovations.
  • Embed customer and market insights into the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our offerings are perfectly tuned to market demands and user feedback.
  • Architect and implement comprehensive Go-to-Market plans, enriching our marketing, sales, and customer support strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create impactful collateral that fuels product demand and educates the market.
  • Empower the sales force with tools and insights, driving home the unique value of our offerings.
