About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Engineer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing Cloud platform specifically towards enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices, developing and implementing security policies, optimizing platform configurations, and ensuring continuous monitoring and incident response across all three cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

Responsibilities:
Support the assessment, improvement, and maintenance of the cybersecurity posture of cloud security environments to mitigate security risks, including insider and external threats, across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Lead the threat modeling of cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP to identify threats, risks, and controls necessary to secure these services.
Audit and simulate the effectiveness of Cloud IAM solutions and security policies.
Identify vulnerabilities and implement updated security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Assess existing security controls, policies, and platforms.
Provide recommendations and develop solutions to safeguard information assets by identifying, analyzing, and addressing new or emerging cyber threats impacting cloud environments.
Advise on cloud architecture, develop high-level and low-level architecture designs, and recommend security controls.
Review cloud security architectures to ensure best practices are followed, such as the Landing Zone concept, network and resource segmentation, and cloud policy design structure.
Provide recommendations to comply with applicable cybersecurity frameworks.
Review the configuration of security products, such as firewalls, IDS, IPS, CNAPP, and cloud management planes, to ensure proper setup
Secure Cloud platform’s access with Okta as an external identity provider
Review security policies, plans, and procedures.
Assess network monitoring capabilities, analyze system and resource logs, security alerts and events, and packet captures to identify security threats.
Provide recommendations and develop automation for compliance with cybersecurity frameworks. * Review administrative, technical, and physical security controls.
Provide recommendations and solutions to mitigate identified security risks.
Develop strategies and implement security controls necessary for cloud security across all 3 cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP).
Take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of cloud security work across all 3 cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP).
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to help progress the Security Services portfolio.
Support cloud security opportunity creation and the development of client presentations and reports.
Demonstrate a willingness to go beyond the ordinary to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:
At least 8 years of experience working with all 3 major cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
Extensive experience in assessing, developing, implementing, optimizing, and documenting a wide range of security technologies and processes within cloud environments: AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP.
Proven track record in delivering cloud security maturity assessments, including developing roadmaps to bridge existing security gaps.
In-depth knowledge of Security architecture and associated frameworks, such as NIST SP 800-207, CISA’s Zero Trust Maturity Model, and CSA Cloud Controls Matrix.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to consistently exhibit professional business conduct.
Must be a self-starter.
Security Frameworks and Benchmarks: Deep understanding of cloud security frameworks, benchmarks, and controls.
Advisory Experience: Proven record of advising on cloud security at the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and/or Senior Security Manager levels, demonstrating both business and technical acumen.
Cloud Security Architecture: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in assessing, designing, and implementing cloud security architectures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
DevSecOps and CI/CD Proficiency: Hands-on experience with GitOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and SDLC toolsets.
Automation and Management Tools: Proficiency in deployment orchestration, automation, security configuration, and infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, and Ansible.
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and/or D3FEND frameworks, with the ability to leverage them in cloud security projects.
Any relevant certifications AWS Certified Security, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate, Google Associate Cloud Engineer,, ISC2 CCSP etc are highly desired.
