How to Qualify:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in maintenance and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
4. Ability to operate and use a broad spectrum of tools, equipment, and machinery.
5. Ability to perform heavy physical labor skillfully and safely.
6. Ability to perform essential job functions skillfully and safely in varying environments
7. Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
8. Valid State driver’s license.
9. Must be 21 years or older and able to pass criminal background check.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential
responsibilities.
1. Completes assigned facility projects and repair, ensuring regulatory compliance with all federal, state, county, and city of Spokane requirements.
2. Is responsive to all building, grounds and vehicle needs for the purpose of providing a safe and therapeutic environment for agency clients and staff.
3. Completes seasonal grounds duties; ensuring facility grounds is properly maintained, groomed and in compliance with safety requirements.
