Preventive FTC Facilitator

Position Overview: Promotes effective treatment planning and family engagement as the facilitator of all Family Team Conferences (FTCs) for ACS evidence-based programs.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum Master’s Level Degree in social work, human services, psychology, or another related field.
- Computer Literate with proficiency in Excel, Word.
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and writing.
- Well organized, able to meet deadlines and manage successfully multiple assignments.
- Basic knowledge of ACS, child welfare, or other social service systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Level Degree licensable in NYS (MFT, SW, MHC)
- Computer Literate with proficiency in Excel, Word, Lewis, and CONNECTIONS.
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and writing.
- Well organized, able to meet deadlines and manage successfully multiple assignments.
- 1 year experience conducting groups or case conferences (FTC’s).
- Extensive knowledge of ACS systems.
- Extensive knowledge of Preventive Regulations related to FTCs
