Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
- ASHA Certification
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate electronic documentation.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan and treatment delivery in accordance with the patient's need and physician's direction within the post-acute setting.
- Other duties as assigned, within scope of practice
- Communication with interdisciplinary team with focus on case managing patient's needs, not minutes
