Compensation:

$86,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint potential properties that align with clients' needs and preferences.
  • Proactively seek out and cultivate leads using a variety of channels, including networking events and online platforms.
  • Assist clients throughout the buying and selling process, offering expert guidance and ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow real estate professionals to negotiate and finalize contracts on behalf of clients effectively.
Qualifications:

  • Must possess an Active Texas Real Estate License.
