Compassionate Caregiver Make a Difference in Kalamazoo, MI


Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Position Summary: Are you a caring individual with a heart for helping others? We are seeking reliable and empathetic Caregivers to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support with daily living activities, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs.
  • Mobility Assistance: Help with transferring, walking, and other mobility support.
  • Household Support: Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry tasks.
  • Companionship: Engage clients in social activities and provide emotional support.
  • Errands and Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and manage transportation needs.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the care manager.
Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and manage various care needs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle required.
  • Successful completion of background check required.
