Position Overview: Are you an experienced and caring individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are hiring In-Home Caregivers in Kalamazoo, MI, to deliver compassionate care and support. This role involves assisting with a variety of daily tasks to ensure our clients comfort and happiness.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with Personal Care: Provide support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support Mobility: Help with transferring, mobility assistance, and overall physical support.
  • Household Assistance: Perform light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and laundry.
  • Offer Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
  • Manage Errands and Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and handle other transportation needs.
  • Monitor Health: Observe and report any changes in clients health to the care manager.
Requirements:


  • Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Kind, patient, and attentive with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and adapt to various care needs.
  • Reliable and dedicated to delivering excellent care.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
  • Background check clearance required.
