What you will be doing:

  • Aid in the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the monitoring of social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of marketing communications such as emails and direct mail.
  • Plan, order, and maintain inventory of branded items, marketing materials, and supplies.
  • Coordinate brand assets for trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships.
  • Support the design process for presentations, digital signage, graphics, and other branded materials.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • Manage expense reports and invoicing for the department.
  • Compile reports, maintain contact lists, and complete data entry projects.
  • Assist with meeting planning, scheduling, and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Provide support on various Marketing projects.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

What you already have:

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a marketing department or at a marketing firm required.
  • 1+ years' experience working in a fast-paced office environment in an administrative role required.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven adaptability and flexibility; able to adjust to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members across departments.
  • Ability to learn new systems and applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
