In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on laundry equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns
  • Perform repairs and replace faulty parts as needed
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Salary ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, based on level of experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or similar role
  • Mechanically inclined or knowledgeable about laundry equipment and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Flexibility a must, position is 6 days a week, and days could vary
  • Once the candidate has transitioned to a permanent position, they will be expected to be "on call" and will receive a salary
