At Barron, our HVAC Retrofit Trainee will:

  • Learn and maintain Barron installation standards of exceptional quality and workmanship
  • Proficiently and safely use all required and applicable hand and/or power tools
  • Diligently follow scheduling, installation, quality control, and customer service procedures
  • Gain a thorough and complete understanding of how the Installation Department’s performance impacts the Company as a whole
  • Meet/exceed proficiency standards of all aspects of installation, refrigeration, control wiring, and diagnostics
  • Understand standard duct design and airflow requirements
  • Be capable of climbing on roof top structures and into attic/crawl spaces, as work requires
  • Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective
  • Establish a good working relationship with all team members
  • Maintain a Barron branded appearance at all times per company policy
  • Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude
  • Share Barron’s mission of Improving Lives™

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Electrical Trainee Card required
  • Tool, Mechanical and Construction Experience preferred but not required
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation:

  • Full-Time
  • $22.00 per hour, DOE
  • This position offers a career-focused development path supported by a living wage
