POSITION: Senior Ecommerce & Digital Performance Marketing, North America

LOCATION: New York City, NY (IMMEDIATE HIRE)

HOURS: Full Time

COMPENSATION: $85-$105K per annum (Exempt position)

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to:

Head of Ecommerce & Performance Marketing (Group)

US Director of Ticketing

Number of Reports:

Indirect: digital marketing executives across 16 North American venues and marketing agencies

Vision:

Through improved digital marketing performance, increase the number of customers buying tickets directly online.

Objectives:

  1. Build and rollout performance marketing tools and best practice to local venue marketing teams across North America
  2. Own and co-ordinate best in class tracking foundations for Digital Marketing across North America
  3. You will be the point person for all things digital and e-commerce for our amazing US venue Marketing teams and be the vessel of driving their digital requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maximizing the value we derive from our digital audience data, affiliate partners and performance marketing.
  • Own and evolve the overall strategy with the venue marketing and central experts to best utilize new capabilities and identify opportunities to drive our performance marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyse web traffic metrics to find opportunities for improving audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Manage performance metrics and tracking to establish benchmarks across all performance channels.
  • Create consistent reporting for performance marketing, allowing venue teams to draw insights to improve performance.
  • Coach and educate venue marketing teams to utilize tools and media platforms to self-serve their campaign performance.
  • Constantly ambition to find methods that increase efficiency through automation and tools.
  • Manage client tracking requests from venue marketing teams.
  • Be an active part of our global ecommerce & performance marketing community as we build new capability and realize synergies across disciplines.
  • Implement a testing and reporting discipline to continuously improve performance.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • A track record of improving the value created through Ecommerce & Performance Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Channels (Search, Affiliates, Social, Email in particular)
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to communicate, work across and influence multiple stakeholders of varying digital understanding.
  • Strong experience ‘Ad Tech’ platforms with specific emphasis on GA, GA4 and GA360 – (Meta and Optimizely would be advantageous)
  • Familiar with US Privacy for marketing and its impacts to digital marketing activity and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change throughout the organization
  • Highly developed analytical and planning skills
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, tools and execution.

COMPETENCIES

  • Marketing/Media agency background or client-side agency management
  • Understanding of marketing attribution and effectiveness models/methodology
  • Understanding of North American Affiliate Marketing
  • Experience within the live entertainment industry
  • Managing and coaching a team
