The Senior Outside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. By prospecting and building relationships with clients, you will have the opportunity to create personalized travel itineraries that exceed their expectations. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our team of travel experts to ensure a seamless execution of each trip.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for travel and a proven track record in sales. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. This role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to showcase your sales expertise and creativity in implementing sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and repeat business
  • Understand and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of BOOKMYGETAWAYS to clients
  • Collaborate with the travel team to create personalized travel itineraries that meet client's needs and preferences
  • Present and negotiate travel packages, prices, and terms with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process and trip execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new travel destinations to stay ahead in the market

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the travel industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledgeable about travel destinations, trends, and industry regulations
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events
