Job Summary
We are seeking a Baker Apprentice to join the team at our busy bakery In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads. You will be working closely with our baker and dough makers in a three year apprenticeship program learning from start to finish exactly how our bread is made.
We are looking for serious applicants who are ready to start their career as baker.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Have a strong commitment for learning
  • follow all guidelines set for apprenticeship program
  • complete all course requirements
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player- must be 21 years of age
  • Available for early morning shifts and night shifts
