**Job Summary**
We are seeking a **Baker Apprentice** to join the team at our busy bakery In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads. You will be working closely with our baker and dough makers in a three year apprenticeship program learning from start to finish exactly how our bread is made.

We are looking for serious applicants who are ready to start their career as baker.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Have a strong commitment for learning
- follow all guidelines set for apprenticeship program
- complete all course requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team player
- must be 21 years of age
- Available for early morning shifts and night shifts
