Job Summary

The Treasury Associate II is responsible for handling a variety of treasury processes including but not limited to; financial, administrative, clerical support for Treasury, debt management, unclaimed property, and outgoing processing. The Treasury Associate II role reports to the Manager of Treasury Disbursements and interacts regularly with associates throughout the enterprise.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensures timely and accurate payments processing and reconciliation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gain clarity to meet business needs and improve
  • Assist associates with questions in regarding Treasury systems and processes.
  • Assist with Travel and Entertainment expense policy review and updates.
  • Manage unclaimed property including due diligence letters and state filings.
  • Work in a team setting to meet organizational goals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or math preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in finance and/or operations required.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Detail, deadline and goal oriented.
  • Proactively identify, solution, and report potential concerns to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast paced/deadline-oriented environment.
  • Resourceful, self-starter, with strong analytical skills; and the ability to drive solutions with limited supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. High school diploma required.

Salary Band: 03B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
