Are you an organized and creative professional with a passion for planning and executing events? Think Tell Junction is looking for an Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Los Angeles, CA. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bringing our events to life, ensuring they are memorable and successful.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, promotional events, and community engagements.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are attended to.
- Create and distribute promotional materials and event communications.
- Analyze event performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
