  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our recruiting and consulting business. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our recruiting and consulting services to potential clients. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of our industry, effective communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.


  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

      • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, referrals, and networking.
      • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of leads for potential clients.
    2. Consultative Sales:

      • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their specific recruiting and consulting needs.
      • Tailor our services to meet the unique requirements of each client.
    3. Client Relationship Management:

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
      • Provide ongoing support and service to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
    4. Sales Presentations:

      • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
      • Address client questions and objections effectively.
    5. Sales Quota Achievement:

      • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
      • Continuously monitor and track your sales performance.
    6. Market Research:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
    • Use this knowledge to position our services effectively in the market.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recruiting or consulting industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Market knowledge, understanding and projecting future clients based on market trends and industry.
