COMPENSATION: $26.00/flat-rate hour with 38-hour guarantee

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform work specified on the estimate with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards and Insurance standards
  • Operate Car O Liner bench and measuring system
  • Pass ICAR Welding test (mig and spot weld)
  • Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Communicate directly with the Estimator so that customers are informed if any additional services or repairs are needed


QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 18 years of age (required)
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of Auto Body Technician experience (preferred)
  • ICAR Training and Certification
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to adapt to recent/new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
