Throughout the day, you ensure accurate record-keeping by following established ticket collection procedures. Your meticulousness contributes to the efficiency of our cooking operations. After each meal service, you prioritize maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, leaving no corner untouched. From cleaning the kitchen and wiping down countertops to scrubbing cooking utensils, you uphold our high standards of cleanliness. You handle excess food with care, follow safe procedures for storage or disposal, and keep refrigerators and storerooms impeccably organized according to our standards.

Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment comes naturally to you. By diligently following instructions, you ensure the smooth functioning and longevity of our equipment, keeping our food production uninterrupted. You actively participate in production planning, record keeping, and reporting, providing valuable insights to optimize our operations.

Ordering and receiving food and supplies is an integral part of your Cook role, ensuring accurate inventory management for well-stocked and efficient kitchens. Safety is paramount, and you promptly report any maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents to your supervisor. Your commitment to staying updated with industry practices through in-service and safety meetings fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
