The selected intern will partner with VP of Customer Service, as well as other senior service leaders, to assist in portions of tactical work required to advance projects related to Customer Service synergies – namely telephony consolidation (between Five9 and InContact) and automated reporting enhancement (Qlik Sense).


The internship begins June 2024 and will run through August 2024, but our hope is that the lessons you learn will carry forward as you later embark on your career in your chosen field.

  • Develop and refine useful corporate experience in fast-paced, professional environment

  • Develop key insights into how Customer Service strategizes and uses technology to maintain performance excellence and member satisfaction targets


You will have access to work with and learn from other team members within the organization to evolve your process improvement skills. You will also meet with a mentor to discuss learnings and career goals.


Requirements:

  • Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year of college with at least a 3.00 GPA
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Exhibits analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • These positions are required to be in-office, so candidates must have reliable transportation
