Events Coordinator (Part Time and Full Time)


Our busy legal firm is looking for a well-organized and high-energy events coordinator to assist in ensuring an engaging and memorable experience for clients. You will assist with the setup and teardown of events, including food, beverage and supplies. Administrative duties will also be required to include calendar maintenance, data entry, email correspondence and client calls. Occasional, same-day travel will also be required. If you have experience in events management, work well under pressure and are looking for a rewarding opportunity to connect with clients, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Attendance at evening events
  • Workshop setup and teardown
  • Greet and check out clients, collecting forms and payment as applicable
  • Inventory control on food and non-food event items
  • Calendar maintenance and upkeep
  • Data Entry into legal software
  • Client Follow-up
  • Attend weekly meetings, as necessary
  • Undertake other duties as needed to ensure the firm operates efficiently
Qualifications:
  • Evening availability 2-3 days per week
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
  • High-level organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are crucial
  • Ability to work effectively in a small office environment
  • Candidates must be team players with a mindset for growth
