Swim Instructor Salary: $12.50 - $23.00 per hour

Swim Instructor Hours: Flexible Scheduling Available (Part Time)


Swim Instructor Responsibilities:

  • Working with groups and individuals to help them achieve their swim-skill goals
  • Ensuring that lessons are conducted in accordance with the YMCA's internal lesson plans and policies
  • Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the students to thrive in

Swim Instructor Qualifications:

  • Are 16 years of age or older
  • Have the ability to successfully complete our in-water skills assessment
  • Have experience working with children

Swim Instructor Benefits:
