JOB SYNOPSIS & QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:

The Client Trust Accounts Supervisor, supervises and participates in the collection and distribution of all consumer related third party revenues, and coordinates and supervises representative payee functions. This is a first level supervisory position responsible for supervising and managing client trust account activity. The position is responsible for developing procedures for the Trust Accounts unit, and will initiate and prepare required forms and applications for SSI, SSA, private insurance, Medi-Cal forms and other third party payee required forms. This position requires ability to work effectively with consumers, families, internal staff and external third party funding organizations such as social security. Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex rules and regulations and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of public and private organizations and institutions. Strong knowledge of SSI and SSA regulations is highly desirable. Minimum requirements for this position are an AA or BA/BS Degree in Business with basic financial accounting courses and a minimum four years of responsible bookkeeping - or - accounting experience, including experience with a computerized accounting system and at least two years in a supervisory capacity - or - completion of high school and five years of increasingly responsible experience in fiscal recordkeeping at FNRC.
