How You Will Help Us Make a Difference
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help us create a positive workplace culture for employees and a happy, productive, and welcoming environment for our club members. Here is a summary of some of our Data Specialist’s responsibilities:

  • The entire registration process for all members
  • Key registration times: Annual Membership (January), Summer Registration, Extended Teen Registration, Fall Registration and ongoing registration for available openings.
  • Maintain scholarship list and documentation
  • Maintaining the waiting list and waiting list files.
  • Completing all data entry for new members and maintaining data for current members.
  • Print New Member Report each month and review
  • Review all files for accuracy (ongoing-missing data)
  • Maintain office area
  • Assist with minimal front desk duties as needed and requested by Club Director

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Must pass pre-employment Level 2 background check and drug test.
  • This position is Part-Time. School Hours: 315pm – 6pm and Summer Hours assigned by Club Director.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid State Driver’s License and must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Ability to relate with children and parents, highly preferred.
  • Strong Organization, Time Management Skills and ability to set Priorities
  • Obtain strong Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, High Level of Energy and Flexibility
  • Strong communication, Interpersonal skills, and Attention to Detail
