Data Quality Analyst Role

The Data Quality Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data for reporting and analytics at First Watch Restaurants. This position requires continuous monitoring, assessing, and improving the data overall to guarantee its accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

Assess, document, and communicate potential data quality issues to the team.
Facilitate data cleansing and enrichment by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and redundancies in the data and providing recommended solutions to rectify.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of data through validation of new and existing data sources.
Develop and maintain data validation procedures for new and ongoing data sources.
Manage master data management (MDM) tools, ensuring consistency and timely updates to the data.
Maintain detailed documentation of data collection and dependencies.
Establish detailed root cause analysis for data quality issues and appropriately communicate all details to teams for resolution.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Finance or other analytical field.
1-3 years of professional experience in Finance or Analytics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of management regarding the implementation of changes.
Restaurant/QSR, Retail, or Multi-Unit experience preferred.
