Job Description:
Maintain continued operation and development request for the OPCS application, Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections: Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts. A wide degree of creativity, latitude, and proficiency in programming languages is expected. May lead and direct others. Gather requirements and perform analysis for integration of IT components. Design the changes needed to integrate and consolidate IT infrastructure, and ensure the infrastructure functions efficiently, with a high level of availability. Design, author, modify and test software and databases. Execute changes to the IT infrastructure, including analysis, planning and implementation to meet the requirements of Infrastructure consolidation and integration of new workloads. Install and test hardware, software and related IT components.

Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in a related area (or equivalent), 4 to 6 years of related experience.
