We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Access/Governance Process Manager with our industry-leading client.

Rate: $40 - $58 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and build Data Governance & Management knowledge.
  • Gain knowledge about each of HR’s Data Domains/Experience Teams and their data landscape.
  • Manage access to HR’s main data warehouse, People Data Platform (PDP): review/approve access, create new Active Directory roles, and serve as backup access reviewer for the People Data Hub.
  • Document key Data Governance processes by creating and maintaining Procedures/Job Aids to ensure Business Continuity.
  • Support Enterprise and Line of Business (LoB)-level Audit remediation work related to HR data.
  • Partner with Risk and various 1st and 2nd-line Oversight Teams to support joint initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People Technology to identify automation opportunities and support data tool migration efforts.
  • Support monthly and quarterly Business as Usual (BAU) Data Management activities.
  • Help create and test Data Controls to mitigate process risks.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcomes or improvements by acquiring requirements.
  • Support Onboarding/Additional Data Sources (ADS) work into HR’s main data repository, People Data Platform (PDP), as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Access Management, Data Governance, and SQL for data queries.
  • Ability to monitor weekly and monthly Metadata Data Quality (DQ) metrics.
  • Strong documentation skills for creating and maintaining procedures and job aids.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in Data Governance or Data Management (optional but preferred)
  • Data Governance & Management
  • Access Management (reviewing data access requests, role creations)
  • SQL for data queries
  • Data Registration
  • Metadata Data Quality (DQ) Metrics Monitoring
  • Data Controls Testing
  • Automation Tools
  • Active Directory

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
